Patrick has over 13 years of experience working with diverse populations in inpatient cardiac, neurotrauma and mental health specialties, with the past 7 years being focused on mental health advance practice nursing. He enjoys working with people to help them establish their mental health goals and always strives to meet people "where they are" and to assist them to make decisions based on their stated goals. 

He honors people's autonomy and always tries to provide choices for patients that backed up with clinical reasoning, informed by evidence-based

Vanessa's practice focuses on integrative mental health interventions that incorporate dietary modifications, improved sleep habits, brief psychotherapy, and medication management. She partners with individuals across the lifespan to set mental health goals, and work toward achieving these through incorporation of evidence-based practice and acknowledgement of a person’s lived experience.

 

Vanessa has received additional training to become an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, which equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals with ADHD in managing their daily challenges.

.

She also collaborates closely with other healthcare providers within the community to realize a holistic approach to wellness.

Vanessa has lived in the PNW her entire life and in her free time enjoys sewing, reading, and spending time with her husband and twin daughters, (and their four rescue chihuahuas).

Patrick views his therapeutic relationships with patients as collaborative in nature. He feels medications can often help people manage diverse mental health situations, but also strongly feels that therapy along with medications provides the best outcomes.
